Registration Periods

From: 9. 11. 2015 (18:00)
To: 10. 2. 2016 (For those who need visa the registration ends 10. 1. 2016 )

After filling in the application form and sending it to us, it is necessary to wait for the confirming email.
After we receive your application, you will be given all the data needed to pay the congress fees, including the specific symbol.

It is necessary to pay the fee within 15 work days from receiving the confirmation of your registration. Do not forget, please, that all expenses of the bank transaction must be paid by the participant. In the opposite case, the organizers are authorized to require the payment of these expenses on spot. It is essential to send a confirmation of the payment (a copy of the bank transaction) to idsc.registrace@ssscr.cz
The registration is considered valid in the moment when you receive an email from the Organizing Team confirming the admission of the confirmation of the payment.

Canceling the registration

If you want to cancel your registration, contact the Organizing Team at idsc.kongres@gmail.com
In case the registration is canceled before February 8, 2016, 70% of the registration fee will be sent back to you.
In case of canceling it after February 8, 2016 the registration fee will not be returned.
